SAEBIT DRT is a next-generation transportation service where the vehicle can recognize road conditions and drive itself without a human driver.ย
Instead of following fixed routes, the service operates as aย demand-responsive transit (DRT) system that runs based on passenger requests. After booking a ride through the VARO DRT app, you can board and exit at designated stops within the service area at your preferred time.ย

A bus that comes when you call itย | Request a ride through the VARO DRT app, and SAEBIT DRT will arrive at the designated stop for pickup.ย |
AI calculates the optimal route | By analyzing the pickup location and destination, the system determines the most efficient route in real time and even plans the next trip for additional passengers.ย |
Level 3 autonomous driving technologyย | Equipped with conditional autonomous driving (Level 3), the vehicle performs most driving tasks on its own, with human intervention only when necessary.ย |
Currently, SAEBIT DRT operates within the Gwanggyo 1-dong area, with two vehicles running on weekdays from 10 AM to 6 PM.
Passengers can freely board the service at 13 designated stops within the service area.ย
