How to Use the Pyeongchang HappyCall Busย
๐ฑย Request a ride via the VARO DRT appย
๐ Call the HappyCall Bus call center at 1533-5301ย
The HappyCall Bus is a demand-responsive transit (DRT) service โ it doesnโt run on a fixed route.
Once you make a request through the VARO DRT app or call center, you can board and exit atย designated stops within the Pyeongchang service zone.
The operation routes and number of vehicles have been optimized through an analysis of transportation demand tailored to the regionโs geography โ making it a smart and convenient mobility solution! ๐
The fare is the same as the standard public bus. With a transit card, the fare is 600 KRW for adults, 500 KRW for middle and high school students, and 300 KRW for children. Transfer discounts are available.ย
The HappyCall Bus operates from 7 AM to 7 PM, and among those hours, from 11 AM to 5:30 PM, it runs based on ride requests made through the app or call center. During the remaining hours, except for the on-demand period, it will operate on fixed routes.ย
