As the first metropolitan government in Korea to establish its own demand-responsive transport platform, Gyeongsangnam-do is bringing a tailored public transport innovation to life through Gyeongnam Call Bus.
By flexibly responding to mobility needs across different regions, the service helps secure mobility access in small and medium-sized cities, reduce transport blind spots, and improve financial sustainability through more efficient operations.
It presents a new Gyeongnam-style DRT model designed for more inclusive and sustainable mobility.

From a small pilot with just two vehicles to a fleet of 26 operating across five cities and counties, Gyeongnam Call Bus has grown into a Gyeongnam-style demand-responsive transport service.
